At Coupled Games, LLC, we ship all orders directly from our home-based inventory in Carson City, Nevada. Every game is physically stocked, inspected, and packed by us before shipment.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day, most ship same day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by location:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
Delivery estimates begin once the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Rates
We use simple, transparent flat‑rate pricing:
- $5.99 shipping for all orders under $50
- Free shipping for all orders $50 or more
Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes for oversized items.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@coupledgames.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
