Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in new, unopened condition
• The item must include all original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Opened games, used items, or items missing components may not be eligible for a refund unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

• Your order number
• The item you want to return
• The reason for the return

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
